Courses - Temporary Course Setup or Additional Tee Blocks - Required information

Please first contact respective state body to advise of requirement for a temporary course or additional tee blocks on an existing course.

A course with change in distance of more than 100 metres requires state body to provide a new temporary course ID with scratch and slope ratings.


Required course information for MiClub Staff to setup:


  • Temporary Holes:
    • Distance in Metres for all tee blocks
    • Par for all tee blocks
    • Name of Hole ie 5S (Short) or 5T (Temporary) or 4A/4B (hole split in two)
  • Order of the course 
    • eg(1) - hole 3 out 19 in - 1,2,19,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18
    • eg(2) - hole 3 out 19 in after 15 - 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,19,17,18
    • eg(3) - hole 3 out 4a/4b in - 1,2,3,4a,4b,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18
  • Naming of the course will follow like:
    • GA Temp Course Hole 3 out 19 in
    • GA Temp Course Hole 3 out 9 in after 15
    • GA Temp Course Hole 3 out 4A/4B in
  • From State Body provide the temporary course information for each tee block:
    • Tee Colour
    • Course ID
    • Slope Rating
    • Scratch Rating
    • Par
  • Indexes for each hole. If Hole 3 is out and 19 is in will hole 19 take the index that 3 usually had or have the indexes changed.

Download and complete the Course Template spreadsheet at the bottom of this page.  Return by email at support@miclub.com.au and MiClub staff will create course and advise to test print card to ensure all correct.
