Email reminders and messages manual process to send to all players booked into timesheet with email addrerss in member record.  Use for::

  • No Carts Allowed
  • Cancelled due to weather
  • Advertise dinner and/or food options
  • Advise event details
  • etc

Changing the email reminder messages for a specific event will apply to all events.  Add/edit content required for specific event, send reminder and then revert back to original


Quick Process


  1. Select [Utilities]  -->[Manage Messages]
  2. Add/Change content (copy/paste original content to a text editor to replace temporary changes)
    • Add text between current content
    • [Save]
  3. Select [Email Reminders] or [Email Message]
  4. Select [Manage Messages]
    • Remove/Revert original content
    • [Save]
  5. Review emails sent in {Directory}-->[Utilities]-->[Email History]

  • Text between hashtags personalises each email with member information and specific date, time from timesheet
  • New text should be entered on blank line
  • <br> will force a line return to space message
