Once tee times have been advertised by the individual sites they will be available in the RACV Links Portal to be booked by members from the other RACV golf venues.
The members from each RACV site can access the RACV Links portal by selecting an RACV Links option that will be placed on the My Information page of each RACV site. Upon selecting this option the RACV Links site will automatically create an account for the member using the details in the 'home club' website.
Once in the RACV Links Portal the member will be presented a list of the available course and the lowest green fee option available.
To book a tee time the member needs to select the green fee price at the specific course on the specific day they want to play. Upon selecting the fee at the course and on the day they want to play they will then be able to select the tee off time they want to play by choosing the Add to Cart option.
From the window that opens the player can then select the quantity of players from the drop down box, once the quantity is selected the player can confirm by selecting Add.
The payment total will be added to the players 'Shopping Cart'. To finalise the transaction the player needs to select the Checkout option.
On the Checkout screen there is an option for the player to enter the details of the other players in the group by selecting Edit Player Details.
This screen will have fields to enter the playing partners First Name, Surname, Golflink #, RACV Member #, Gender, DOB, Mobile, Email and handicap. Once all available information has entered select Close.
Once the player information has been entered the player can proceed with the transaction by selecting the Pay option.
The final step in the process will require the player to enter credit card details to pre-pay the booking. Once the payment has been completed the booking will appear on the host clubs timesheet showing a link icon on it indicating it has come from RACV Links.
