Print List of Members by Attribute

Quick Process

In this example we print a list of members with an Attribute of Locker

• Create a Print List
  • Select Config from the main menu
  • Select Print List
  • Type in a Description i.e. Locker List
  • Select required fields from each drop menu i.e. Surname, Preferred Name, Membership Type, Attribute Locker, Gender
• Select Members from main menu
• Select Build Search tab
• From the drop menu select Locker, from the second drop menu select Has Value
• Click Add button
• Optional: Select Save
  • Enter search name i.e. Locker List,  select Save
  • This search will appear in the Saved Search list
• Select Search
• Select the Print icon from the main menu
• The Print List window will open, select Locker List
• Select OK
• Print or export the list to excel
