Quick Process

  • Search for member (or multiple members)
  • Select Financials/Invoices
  • Select Invoices tab
  • Check box to Use Search Results
  • Select member invoice/s
  • Select Mail
  • Select Letter Template 
  • Select Preview Emails
    • Change email subject line, if required
  • Select Send
