How to send an Invoice by email to an individual member.


Quick Process

  • Open the Search window and search for the member
    • Once selected,the member will appear in the Members List View screen
  • Select Financials from the main menu
  • Select Invoice tab and tick check box 'Use Search Results
    • Invoices for the individual member will appear in the Invoice list view
  • Select the invoice you wish to email to the member
  • Select Mail from the main menue
    • The Mail letter screen will open.
  • Select your saved letter from the drop menu
  • Select Preview Email
  • Select Send - the email and invoice will be forwarded to the member
