How to send an Invoice by email to an individual member.
- Open the Search window and search for the member
- Once selected,the member will appear in the Members List View screen
- Select Financials from the main menu
- Select Invoice tab and tick check box 'Use Search Results
- Invoices for the individual member will appear in the Invoice list view
- Select the invoice you wish to email to the member
- Select Mail from the main menue
- The Mail letter screen will open.
- Select your saved letter from the drop menu
- Select Preview Email
- Select Send - the email and invoice will be forwarded to the member
