Voucher - Create a Refund Template

Before issuing a refund voucher you must make sure there are refund voucher templates setup. (a refund voucher cannot be issued without a template)

All clubs will have a default refund template already created in their system. See below: (poor weather)

Quick Process 

1. Navigate to the refund templates area ( Vouchers> Automated Vouchers> Refund Templates)

2. Create a Refund Template
