Public Bookings reports can be found by navigating to the Fixture / Bookings page and selecting the Reports option.


There are two main reports which are used for public bookings:

Public Bookings Reports


The Public Bookings Report – Reports Form produces reports which show the fee categories purchased and booked as well as the source of the booking (online, admin or member) when the Financial Summary Report option is selected.This report can also display the individual bookings that have been book and paid online when using the Online Payments Report option (This is the preferred report to reconcile the online payments in your bank account / Stripe account). 

Report Configuration Options:

Start / End Date: Select the date range in which you wish to view the report for.

Data Type: Select whether you wish the report to report on the players booking date or playing date.

Report to use: Financial Summary Report – Summary of the fee categories selected and how many players used this fee.

Online Payments Report – Provides a list of bookings which were pre-paid online including playing date, booking date and authorisation numbers.

Payment Confirmed – Yes (Booking has been ‘Checked in’) No (Booking has not been ‘Checked in').


Bookings Financial Summary

The Booking Financial Summary produces a report outlining the total fees booked over a selected date range as well as breaking this total down into the value of each fee category (this is done by selecting the tab options at the bottom of the spread sheet). This report is the best report to use to reconcile your till report against the timesheet as it indicates the value of pre-paid green fees and the subsequent balance taken on the day.


Forecast option

If the ‘Forecast’ option is un-ticked the report will only include bookings which have been ‘Checked in’ with payment confirmed. Ticking the ‘Forecast’ option will include both the ‘Checked in’ bookings as well as those which still have payment unconfirmed. If you are wanting to look at public booking value of booking made in the future the ‘Forecast’ option must be selected.
