Competitions - Changing Tee Blocks

Manage Rounds to change the course and tee blocks of competition. 

If competition is open and players have been registered please follow these procedures

Change Course during round

• Unregister all players from competition
• Change Course and Tee Blocks
• Re-register all players to competition

Change Tee Blocks during round

• Change Tee Blocks
• Unregister and re-register all players in competition

Adjust Score

Please read and refer Golf Australia guidelines or download attached document.  

The adjust score function will:

• Determine the greater number of players registered on tees and adjust scores of lesser selected tee by player registration the difference in scratch ratings
• Will display scores on the leaderboard with ^ icon for adjusted scores
• Handicapping will be the actual score

Quick Process

1. Select [Manage Rounds]
   • Change Course (no players registered)
     • Select 'Edit' icon
     • Select Course from dropdown
     • Select Adjust Score
     • Select 'Green Tick'
     • Select Available & Default for standard sees
     • Select Available for optional tees
     • [Save tee Blocks]
   • Change Tees
     • Unselect tees 'ticked'
     • Select Available & Default for standard Tees
     • Select Available for optional Tees
     • [Save Tee Blocks]
     • If changing tees after players registered please re-register all players

  • Select 'Green Tick'
  • Select Available & Default for standard sees
  • Select Available for optional tees

• Select 'Edit' icon

• Select Course from dropdown & Select 'Green Tick'

• Select Available & Default for standard tees
• Select Available for optional tees
