Voucher - Issuing a Quick Voucher

Quick Vouchers are issued through the timesheet to public players/public members only. E.g. Joe Blogs redeemed his voucher (or discount) for a booking+cart on Saturday. On Friday night the course was hit with 20ml rain and carts were cancelled but the course remained open. Joe still played on Saturday but walked the course instead, the Pro-shop issued Joe a quick voucher for the cost of the cart so he can come back another day and play with a cart. The quick method option is received a lot better than Joe being told there are no refunds or the club having to issue a refund but Joe doesn't have an incentive to return. (voucher has Joe returning to the club)

Quick Process 

1. Navigate to the timesheet in which the player(s) is booked

2. Select/highlight the cells (players) you wish to issue a quick voucher to

3. Then select Utilities> Quick Voucher

4. Enter the Quick Voucher details and select the create for recipients button
