Make Booking - Booking a Guest with a Golflink Number

Add a guest with a GOLF Link to number to a group booking

Quick Process

1. Select GOLF BOOKINGS (also known as Bookings, Timesheets or Fixtures)
2. Select Timesheet required
3. Select BOOK GROUP
4. Add GOLF Link number into GOLF Link number field
5. Select Magnifying Glass
6. System will populate Guest fields with player names, golflink number, club and handicap
7. Select Add Guest
8. Repeat for more guests or add more members

Step-by-Step Process

1 & 2 Select GOLF BOOKINGS (also known as Bookings, Timesheets or Fixtures)

4. Select Timesheet required

3. Select BOOK GROUP

4. Add GOLF Link number to GOLF Link number field then select magnifying glassThe system will automatically book you as player one, to book a guest with a Golflink number scroll down the page until you see the ADD GUEST option.

In the GOLFLINK NUMBER field enter the Golflink number of your guest then select SEARCH.

The system will automatically download the guests details from Golflink. Once the details have been downloaded select ADD and the guest will now appear in the next available spot in the group.

Once all players have been entered into your group select CONFIRM BOOKING.
