Analyse course parameters


Analytics > Timesheets

  1. by Hole Par - Analyse average played times for the hole par. Use to adjust default playing time by par
  2. by Hole Time - Compare the variance of actual and default time to play each hole by tee marker by month
  3. by Pin Location - Pin location history by date range, default last 7 days. Use to ensure even spread of pin locations




1. by Hole Par

Analyse average played times for the hole par. Use to adjust default playing time by par  

  1. From PoP menu
  2. Select Analytics > [Course] > By Hole Par
  3. Select Month + Year
  4. Select Day of Week
  5. Select Event Time for multiple events per day
  6. Select Retrieve
  7. Select Download Excel for Report

Options

  • Sort all columns
  • Graphical Display


Use for analysis in the time set for each hole/par

General hole times to complete hole and be at next tee, so account for walk times also

  • Par 3    10 minutes
  • Par 4    14 minutes
  • Par 5    17 minutes



2. by Hole Time 

Compare the variance of actual and default time to play each hole by tee marker by month


  1. From PoP menu
  2. Select Analytics > [Course] > By Hole Time
  3. Select Month + Year
  4. Select Day of Week
  5. Select Event Time for multiple events per day
  6. Select Retrieve
  7. Select Download Excel for Report

3. by Pin Location

 Pin location history by date range, default last 7 days. Use to ensure even spread of pin locations 


  1. From PoP menu
  2. Select Club
  3. Select Analytics > [Course] > By Pin Location
  4. Enter Date Range
  5. Select Course


Defaults to previous 7 days
