Golf Australia CONNECT - Member data not matching GolfCONNECT

The MiClub member database and GolfCONNECT databases are two seperate directories of member data at your club. 


GolfCONNECT's database is based on historic GolfLINK records and over time, there may have been small inconsistencies with your existing member data in MiClub. 


During your onboarding into GolfCONNECT if you notice discrepancies in member counts, there are two scenarios that need consideration:


1. Member count in GolfCONNECT is higher than in MiClub


This is not a cause for concern and there is no action required on your part.

2. Member count in GolfCONNECT is significantly lower than MiClub


If the member count in GolfCONNECT is significantly lower than MiClub, please contact help@golf.com.au for advice and guidance. It may require action within the MiClub software to address the discrepancy. The Golf Australia team may refer you to the MiClub Support team for further assistance. 



Resolution in MiClub for away members who do not appear in GolfCONNECT

Look up the member in MiClub that is not appearing in GolfCONNECT. If the Golflink Member Number field is blank. 


  1. Go to Edit Details > Clear Golflink Number

Then

  1. Set Away Member > Using the existing Golflink Number


The Golflink Member Number will now be populated and the member will be sent to GolfCONNECT
