Have ready a tournament flyer with no tear-off or returnable entry form.  To best collate entries and payments recommended that all entries by via mitournament

        • Allows a person to enter several players at once
      • Min/Max Group Size
        • Determined by competition type
      • Number of Holes ie 18, 36, etc

        • Limit on number of registrations accepted
        • If balloted event set above maximum field size
        • If first in set to maximum field size

        • Locked - not yet accepting registrations
        • Open - accepting registrations
        • Closed - not accepting registrations
        • Results - Event finalised linked to leaderboard results
        • Hidden - Not viewable inlist of tournaments
      • Is Tee Time Required
        • Yes - Entrants will select a tee time with a linked timesheet

3. Test enter the event
  • Admin can override tournament status and restrictions
  • When successfully get to payment stage, cancel entry and change status of tournament to Open
  • Test payments by adding an admin only test fee of $1
  • Test fees are refunded from Securepay or Stripe interface



4. Select Tournament Name then copy and send links to other clubs, Golf Associations and by email to promote event

  • Link URL will direct to event details
  • Registration URL will direct to event registration screen
