Mitournament - Maintain Fees

Maintain Fees to add/edit fees for tournament entries. 

Fee Name examples:

• Entry Fee
• Late Entry Fee
• Day One Fee
• Shirt(s) one each for each size

A fee can only be used once in each tournament.  

Quick Process

1. Select 'Maintain Fees'
2. Enter information for new fee
   • Name
   • Description
   • Order Fee will appear in your list of fees
   • Date Range fee is available
3. Edit Fees - Select Pencil
4. Remove Fee available if not been used
5. Fee Selection in Tournament setup

Step-by-Step Process

1. Select 'Maintain Fees'

2. Enter information for new fee

• Name
• Description
• Order Fee will appear in your list of fees
• Date Range fee is available (use for early or late entry fees)
• Add

3 & 4. Edit or Remove Fee

5. Fee selection when setting up tournament

• Select fee from 'Fee Type'
• Enter Fee Amount
• Enable if 'Admin Only'
  • Fee will only be available for admin users when adding entrants
    • Late Entry Fee
    • Member Discount
• Enter 'Min Quantity' and 'Max Quantity'
  • Required fee set to 1 MIn and 1 Max
  • Optional fee set to 0 Min and 1 or greater Max
• Select Individual or Team fee

Example of Required Fee - Min 1 & Max 1 automatically adds fee to entry for all entrants
