GOLF Link - Transfer AWAY to HOME GOLF Link number (Existing Member with existing GOLF Link number)

Transfer an existing GOLF Link number to a new Home GOLF Link number

• Existing member with existing Away GOLF Link number
• Intra club transfer of GOLF Link number can only be actioned by contacting GOLF Link direct on 1300 650 750

Quick Process

1. In directory Search and Select member record
2. Check preferred home/postal address is correct
3. Select Edit Details & Adjustments
4. Select Transfer GOLF Link details
5. Confirm the AWAY number is listed in OLD GOLF Link details
6. System will now verify that existing and new Home GOLF Link numbers are available 
7. On both prompt screens Green ticks should show next to all checks
8. Select Next and return to directory
9. Select member record in directory then Refresh in GOLF Link details to update to current handicap 

Step-by-step

1. In directory Search and Select member record 

2. Check preferred home/postal address are correct

3 & 4. Select Edit Details & Adjustments then select Transfer GOLF Link Number

5. Confirm OLD Golf Link number is present and address details are all correct

6 & 7. System will now verify that existing and new Home GOLF Link numbers are available. On both prompt screens Green ticks should show next to all checks.  If member number contains letter the next available number on GOLF Link will be created.

8. Select Next and return to directory

9. Select member record in directory then Refresh in GOLF Link details to update to current handicap
