A new setting has been added in the Golflink details of each member profile is to set an AWAY Golflink number. Use if the member has their Golflink number at another club ie member of two or more clubs.
To add the Golflink number to the member profile first make sure you CLEAR the home Golflink number if still present, then select AWAY GOLF Link number, enter the number, review the details on the confirmation screen and complete
The AWAY Golflink number is added as well as the Golflink member number(normally last 5 digits), select refresh to update the handicap immediately
If there is a visitor profile already using that Golflink number, you will be prompted to 'DELETE Visitor'. You must do this to set their Golflink number on their member profile.
