Send short messages by app notifications to MiScore App users booked into timesheets. Keep players informed about the golf day during, before or after play

Quick Process

Send a message immediately

• Select Notifications in Top or Side Menu
• Select Day of Week (default today)
• Select Tab
  • Booked
  • Registered or 
  • Currently Scoring (only available on day of play)
• Compose Message or use saved Template
  • Add Title
  • Add Message
• Filter by

• Select All or by Player
• Send Notification
• For first try scan QR code to setup 2FA and enter code or use 2FA app and enter code

FAQ

Who will receive the messages? Members and Visitors that have played at the club previous and scored with MiScore App or on the day to receive a message. Remember it is only MiScore App users notifdications are being sent.

Why don't all members that use MiScore App receive the messages? Players must have Notifications enabled in their device in phone settings for MiScore App

Is there a cost for the club? No charge for this feature and unlimited notifications

Can I set automated Notifications? There is no provision to automate Notifcation setting

How can I send an SMS message to all players in field? Requires the add-on SMS Module which is additional cost and is up to 7 cents per message

How can I send an email to all players? Send a reminder email from Utilites menu in timesheet or requires the add-on on ENEWS module at additional cost and with an annual cap of emails.

Two-Factor Authentication

To protect from compromised username and passwords a two-factor authorisation (2FA) is required when sending out the first message and sending subsequent notifications.

Use authenticator app on mobile device to setup 2FA and enter code from authenticator app.
