GolfCONNECT - Create Golf ID for a New Member

New members that have never previously been allocated a Golf ID or Golflink number (in the previous system), can be allocated a new Golf ID via the steps below:

Part 1 

Create new member profile (if you have already completed this step, go to Part 2.)

  From the Main Menu select:

• Membership
  • Member Directory

        Once the Member Directory is open > Create Member    

        Complete all required fields in Personal Details, Membership Details, User Login Details, Contact Details then Save

Part 2

Create new Golf ID

• Edit Golf ID Details

• Create Golf ID Number

• Ensure that all four criteria for a new Golf ID are met 
  • The player does not have an existing record
  • The proposed Golf ID number is not already assigned
  • Valid date of birth is provided
  • Valid email address is provided
• Read the disclaimer in full and select the checkbox if you agree to provide consent on behalf of the member
• Next

• The following screen indicates that the new Golf ID was created successfully

NOTE - No cards for new members

Golf Australia will not be issuing any physical cards for new members in the new system.
