Below are the most common reasons for players names shown in the 'Scores not submitted to Golf CONNECT' section 


  • Missing hole scores - navigate back to the players scorecard and finalise the players score. Refer to Score status definitions for assistance. 



  • Expected 18 entries in Holes for this marker, got 9 - The player only entered scores for 9 holes but is registered in the 18 hole competition. Ensure the player is registered into the correct competition. If the player is registered into the correct competition but failed to complete their round refer to Score status definitions.



  • Member UID is missing - the players Golf ID may be inactive or incorrectly linked to the players profile. Refer to Set Golf ID or Set an away member for assistance.



  • PlayedAtUTC is more than 5 minutes in the future - the players tee time in the timesheet is more than 5 minutes into the future. Either modify the time of their row or move them to an earlier time in the timesheet.



  • The Field Gross must be between 1 and 30 - the player has a gross score of more than 30 strokes on a particular hole. Navigate back to the players scorecard and reduce the score below 30 strokes. If a Par or Stableford competition is being played, the Pickup option (-1) can also be used.
