Create a GOLF Link number for new member
Please ensure the member doesn't have a GOLF Link number at another club.
Quick Process
- Search and Select member record in Directory
- Check contact details to ensure preferred address is present
- Select Add GOLF Link number
- Select Create GOLF link number
- New GOLF Link number will populate based on club member number ie last 5 digits. If member number has alpha in number the next available GOLF Link number will automatically populate when created
- System will check the name, address details and GOLF Link number to ensure not already in use in the member directory and/or by GOLF Link
- Handicap can now be allocated in AdHoc or Artificial Score Entry
