Row status - Active/Inactive and M P V

Each row indicates whether active and able to receive bookings from:

• M - Members
• V - Visitor bookings by members
• P - Online Public Bookings

Row Status

• Active - Can accept bookings from members and public
• Inactive - Rows are not visible to members or Public
• Kiosk - Bookings can only be made by members at computers in kiosk mode

To allow members priority booking periods rows can be automatically updated to allow Public and/or Member visitor bookings.

Please note selecting all rows and changing Row Details will also apply Booking Rules.  Be sure to only select rows with same booking rules.

Quick Process

1. Select rows to update by clicking group name next to time box
2. Select {Edit Rows} --> {Edit Rows}
3. Row Status and M V P
   • Active
   • Inactive
   • Kiosk
   • Members Accepted - M
   • Public Member Accepted - P
   • Visitor Accepted - V
     • Select required Gender, GOLF Link number, Handicap and/or Home Club
     • Number of visitors per row
     • Number of visitors per member per row
       • Normally blank or 1 to allow two members and two visitors
4. Auto open to Public and Visitors
   • Set days prior and time
5. [Save]
