Allocating initial handicap

• 3 x Scorecards
• Convert gross scores to Stableford with played off 54 ie 3 shots per hole (max 60 points), use played off 36 for scores +0+
• Tally scores this is the Handicap Score

Nine Hole Scores

• Enter only the number of shots allocated on the nine
• ie 18 handicap generally has 9 shots allocated but may have 10 or 8

Incorrect adHoc scores cannot be reversed by miclub.  Please contact GOLF Link on 1300 650 750 or help@golflink.com.au

Quick Process

1. Select {Directory} then Search and Select member record
2. Select 'Edit details and adjustments'
3. Select [NEXT] Adhoc Score Entry
   • For Home Course
     • Select Course and Tee Block
     • Enter Date, Competition Score, Played Off and Handicap Score
   • For Away Course select Club Played At
     • Select Course Played
     • Enter Scratch, Slope and Par
     • Enter Date, Competition Score, Played Off and Handicap Score
4. Select Submit 
5. Add another score or Search fir another player

6. Will take you to the Adhoc Score Entry page

AdHoc Score Entry with Home Club Selected	For Home Club - Select Course and Tee Block For Away Club - Select Club Played At
Select Competition Type Normal for single competition and social rounds FourBall for calculated score from Best Ball events Non Handicap - score will not be used to adjust playing handicap  10. Select the competition type:	Select Score Type Stableford Stroke  Par Unknown
Competition Score Score for the Competition in Stableford, Par or Stroke	Is Nine Hole
Played Off Daily Handicap recorded on card For nine hole scores enter shots allocated to nine holes played For new handicaps - 54	Scratch Rating Pre-populated for Home Course scores As recorded on card for Away scores
