Process - Reference Guide

1. Admin Home --> {Leaderboards}
2. Create/Edit Display
   • Add New Display Name
   • Rows on Page - Home many scores are to display on static page
   • Interval - Pause between scroll of scores
   • Font Size - Small, Medium or Large
   • Show Logo - Include logo in the display
   • Create Logo - Upload logo from image file
   • [Add]
3. Create Edit/Leaderboard Templates
   1. Auto Leaderboard
      • Adds all daily competitions automatically
   2. Create New Leaderboard Name
      • Select Display
      • Select Ad Frequency
      • [Add]
      • Select [Competitions] of New Display
        • Select Single or Multi-Round Events
        • Change Date
        • Show Social Competitions
        • Select Competition of Date or Search
        • Select Format - Will default to competition of event, can alter to another compatible scoring format ie for Nett event show Gross
        • Select Grade - For overall results don't select Grade
        • No of Top Players - eg Show top 20 in field
        • Cutoff Score - eg All scores nett 79 and below or all scores above 30 stableford points
        • Show Handicaps
        • Show Date
        • Theme - select from background images
        • Show Tee before score returned - All players will display with either score for completed round or start tee/time for incomplete round
        • Show Great Scores - eagles, hole-in-ones, albatross
        • Show Visitor Club - appears below name
        • [Add to List]
      • Select [Eclectic Competitions]
        • Select from active Eclectics
        • Select Grade(s) - For overall results don't select Grades
        • No of Top Players - eg Show top 20 in field
        • Cutoff Score - eg All scores nett 79 and below
        • Theme - select from background images
        • [Add to List]
      • Select [Order of Merit Competitions]
        • Select from current Orders of Merit
        • No of Top Players - eg Show top 20 in field
        • Cutoff Score - eg All scores nett 79 and below

        • Select from Matchplay Round - eg First Round Club Champs

          • Ads must be in picture format ie JPG, PNG, TIFF
          • No PDF, DOC or any other format
          • Resolution must be below 200KB
          • Ideally enlarge to full screen on PC then screenshot
        • Select the Advert to Display
          • Select ads and duration
          • [Add to List] or [Remove from List]
        • [Close]
   5. Select [Tee Times]
      • Quantity of booking Rows to Display - the number of tee times to dsiplay
      • Minutes before tee to start displaying - eg next 30 minutes
      • Tee Reminder Grace Period - How long to show a tee time after it has passed eg 9.00 tee time will disappear 5 minutes after at 9.05
      • Tee Reminder Duration - How long the tee reminder page will cycle
      • Course Exclusions - Only show tee times from selected resources eg Member Bookings and not Public Bookings
      • Tee Reminders Enabled
      • [Save]
