Lifestyle - Setup Fees for Rounds

Fees deduct points from Lifestyle Accounts for booked rounds

Quick Process

1. Select {Bookings} --> [Fees] --> [Manage Fees] --> [Member Fees]
2. Select 18 Holes --> [Add Group]
   • Select Add Fee Group
     • Enter [Group Name]
       • eg Lifestyle Points
     • Add [Description]
     • [Save]
3. Add Fee Details
   • Name
   • Course - Select course for more than one booking resource, examples:
     • North Curse
     • South Course
     • Footgolf
   • Category - Course for Round fees
   • POS Code - Accounting code
   • Tax rate - 10% for Australia
   • Public Holiday Fee - Only select for specific Public Holiday Fees
     • Associated timesheet to be configured for Public Holiday
   • Concession (not applicable)
   • Icon (not applicable)
   • [Save]
4. Add Fee Timings & Prices
   • Date Range
   • Time Range
   • Day(s) of Week
   • Start & End Days for early bird or late fees
   • Admin Only
   • Points
   • Select Lifestyle Categories to apply
   • [Save]
