Step-by-Step Process


  • From the main menu select Bar Products


  • Select Stocktake
  • Select Start a New Stocktake
  • Select Next



  • Select from the drop menus the Display, Sub Groups and/or Supplier to stocktake
    • In this example we have selected to stocktake premium beer only
    • The default All will create a stocktake for all products in all groups 
  • Select Next



  • A stock Count Sheet is created
    • Print and record your actual stock count on this sheet


Continue when the stock count has been completed:

  • Select Stocktake
  • Select Enter/Edit details of existing stocktake
  • Select Next


  • Select from the drop menu the stocktake previously created (counted)
  • Select Next


  • The Stock Count screen will open
    • This should match the order of your printed stocktake count sheet
    • You can sort by headings e.g. Sub Group
  • Enter the counted stock quantities in the Quantity column
  • Select SAVE before leaving this screen

  • Select NO to complete the stocktake
    • You can return to Enter/Edit details of an existing stocktake at any time before the stocktake is completed

  • Print the Discrepancy report


  • Before moving on to complete the stocktake you can make adjustments and corrections to product stock levels
  • Select Stock In/Out



  • Select the products Display and Sub Group, 
    • use the positive/negative (+/-) button depending if your adjustment is stocking in or out
  • Enter the stock Quantity
  • Select the reason for the adjustment i.e. 'Correction' for making the stock adjustment
  • Select the Item
  • Select Save
  • Repeat for all other required product adjustments



Continue with the stocktake when the product stock level corrections and adjustments have been made:

  • Select Stocktake
  • Select Complete an existing stocktake
  • Select Next


  • Select the correct stocktake to complete from the drop menu
  • Select Next



  • Select Yes to complete the stocktake



  • Select Yes to print the final discrepancy listing
