Timesheets - Booking Limits

Set booking limits for selected categories with restrictions on number of games that can be played in the club calendar year.

Useful for Non Playing, Absentee, Country and International type member categories with their restriction on course rounds.

Member will not be permitted to be booked by themself or another if at the booking limit. Admin can override the warning message.

Can also display the number of rounds played in the My Information of a club site, not available for One Golf sites.  Please request MiCLub Help to enable this.

Quick Process

1. Be in the Fixtures List
2. Select Fees > Booking Limits
3. Find and Edit required category
   • Add the Booking Limit
   • Update the Start Day and Start Month
   • Tick Enabled
4. Select Green Tick to confirm
5. Member view of round numbers played in My Information
