Sending your Raspberry Pi POS cache back to MiClub

Modified on Mon, 22 Jan at 2:53 PM

An upgrade to your MiMembership system has been successfully completed.

This upgrade has removed the requirement for the locally installed mini PC which operates as a POS cache (a Raspberry Pi hardware device on your clubs network). The replacement solution is a fully web-based POS cache (remotely managed by MiClub), offering improved manageability and uptime. In particular this is advantageous in situations where internet or club network issues may arise.

We kindly request that clubs return the Raspberry Pi POS cache to us. As there is proprietary software on the device, please either remove the SD card and post it back to our MiClub head office or send the entire Raspberry Pi device (including cables) to us. This will help us ensure the secure handling of the proprietary software and maintain the integrity of your system.
