Configure Booking Rules for Future Golf

Configure booking rules to allow Future Golf members to book into your timesheets

1. Go to your Fixtures List and click on 'Booking Rules'.

2. You can either create a new booking rule by clicking on 'Add Rule' or Click on the pencil icon to edit an existing rule.

3. Configure rule to the club's needs but ensure that 'Future Golf' is ticked under the Booking Clients area. (Click Save once complete)

4. Apply the booking rule to the times you want to allow Future Golf member to book into.

Highlight the rows on your timesheet and go to Edit Rows>Edit Rows.

Go to 'Rules & Schedules' tab and select booking rule. Click Save when done.

Rows will be listed to Future Golf members within 60 seconds of applying the rule.
