Processes to add, activate and deactivate golf cart fleet


New Resource Options

  • Quantity (*) 
    • Number of that can be booked on a day
      • Leave blank for Carts
      • Enter -1 for Unlimited
  • Time Zone
    • Enter time zone code for location of resource ie Australia/Sydney
    • Only required for organisations with separate bookings resources available in different time zones
  • Location Code
    • Defi
  • Active
  • View on Mobile
  • Limits Enabled
  • Lesson Resource
  • Show in Public
  • Member Visible
  • Gneric
  • View on Kiosk
  • Golf Resource
  • Show in Event List

Quick Process


1. Add & Activate Carts
  • Select {Bookings} -->[Resources]
  • Select [Cart] --> [Electric Cart]
  • Select [+ Add Resource]
  • Enter 'Cart #' and next available number
  • Select [Active]

2. Deactivate Carts
  • Select 'Resources'
  • Select [Cart] --> [Electric Cart]
  • Select highest numbered cart
  • Untick 'Active'

1. Add & Activate Carts

Locate and select the Resources option in the Fixtures menu

  • Select 'Cart' Resource Category
  • Select 'Electric Cart' Sub Category
  • Select 'Add Resource'
  • Enter Cart number and select active

2. Deactivate Carts


  • Select 'Resources'
  • Select 'Cart' Resource Category
  • Select 'Electric Cart' Sub Category
  • Select highest numbered cart
  • Untick 'Active'

  • Can a cart be deactivated for a date range?
    • No, will be included in a future update of the system


  • Where do I set-up the fees for carts
    • Set-up in Fees --> Manage Fees
      • Public
      • Members


  • Why can I book a cart for public bookings but not member bookings
    • Fee hasn't been setup in member fees


  • Where is the report for daily cart usage
    • Select Timesheet
    • Select Utilties --> Cart Report


  • How can I get a report of the cart bookings for the last month
