Fees - Add Cart & Equipment for Hire (Members)

Use this guide to manage your cart pricing and cart availability


Quick Process


  1. Open Fees > Manage Fees
  2. Select Public or Members (Public for Public Carts, Members for Members Carts)
  3. Change Public Holiday Fee option to Yes
  4. Add Prices, Dates and Times
  5. Enter the Price and Time Availability of the Cart



1. Open Fees > Manage Fees



2. Select Public or Members (Public for Public Carts, Members for Members Carts)



3. Click on the arrow next to golf carts to display fees. Click on 'Add Fee' to create a new fee under 'Golf Carts'



4. Enter the details of the Cart 


  • Enter a name for the Cart (Usually 18 Hole Cart or 9 Hole Cart)
  • Change the 'category' to 'Electric Cart'
  • Choose whether the Cart is for 18 holes or 9 holes
  • Choose whether the Cart is a Public Holiday Fee or not
  • Click on 'save'


The below screen will display 



5. Enter the Price and Time Availability of the Cart


  • Choose the date range
  • Choose the time Range (needs to be in 24 hour format)
  • Highlight the days the cart is available (Green is when selected, White is unselected)
  • Enter a Price
  • Choose whether the Cart can be booked by public and admin or admin only (If admin only tick admin only box)



The above selections are based on


Date Range: 21/02/2017 - 20/02/2018 (1 year)

Time Range: 07:00 - 15:00

Days Available: Weekend

Price: 40.00

Public and Admin or Admin Only: Admin Only


The cart is now set up
