Making Online Cart Bookings in MiClub Timesheets
To make cart bookings online first book yourself into a timesheet. Depending if you have booked into the timesheet to play 9 or 18 holes you will also be hiring a cart for this same duration.
Once you have booked in you will have a blue
icon appear near your name, click on this icon to hire a golf cart.
A window will pop up on your screen, select the number of carts you would like to book and confirm the booking by clicking “Book”.
Note: If the window says that there is currently no booking equipment available for hire this means that all carts have been booked out already. You may find an available cart by changing your booking earlier or later in the timesheet.
Golf carts are reserved for 300 minutes (5 hours) for 18 holes and 150 minutes (2.5 hours) for 9 holes. Please make sure that carts are returned to the Proshop in these time frames as another member could be waiting to use it for their round.
You have now booked a cart and a cart icon is displayed next to your booking.
Please remove all cart bookings if you no longer require them
To delete your cart booking(s) click on the cart icon.
Click the 
icon to remove the cart(s) you have booked.
The cart icon has been removed; you no longer have any cart bookings.
