Stripe - Process Refunds

Process payments through Stripe dashboard

Quick Process

Login to Stripe @ https://dashboard.stripe.com/login
Select {Payments}
Select [View all payments]
Find payment from date/time/amount on Booking record
- Select [Refund Payment]
- Select [Full] or [Partial] refund
  - Enter amount for Partial refund
  - Select Refund
Check payment status now set to Refunded

Step-by-Step Process

1. Login to Stripe @ https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

2. Select {Payments}

3. Select [View all payments]

4. Find payment from date/time/amount on Booking record

Select [Refund Payment]
Select [Full] or [Partial] refund
- Enter amount for Partial refund
- Select Refund

5. Check payment status now set to Refunded
