Discussion Points

- Continue to use a marker on the green ie disposbale flag or significant green marker or

- Supply distance measuring devices (tape measure) on flag or near to green for more accurate measurement

- The marker will be the most trusted source of accuracy of NearPins if no measuring device available

- No hardware is required to record name near greens

- All entries by players instantly update to Prizes

- Only one player in group is required to add a name to NearPins

- Players cannot add names not in their group

Prize and Competition Templates

- Must be applied prior to date of event or prior to anyone commencing their round

- Preparation is the key

- Prize allocations can be updated for winners, placegetters etc but not nearpin holes if play has already started

- Prize allocation templates cannot be applied after players have started scoring

Implementation and Deployment

  1. Setup all competition and prize templates
  2. Test amongst golf and admin staff
