Add Booking Notice - Timesheet/Fixture List View

Add notices that stand out at the tiop of the timesheet fixtures/list.  Great for upcoming events, printed fixture list, course notices etc.




Quick Process

  1. Select Add Notice
  2. Enter information
    • Title - Make sure title is catchy and to the point of the notice
    • Notice Type - Leave as Booking
    • Dismissable
      • Yes for a quick notice that members only need to read once
      • No for permanent message like fixture book download, lesson bookings links, dinner booking links, upcoming events
    • Start and End Date to time messaging
    • Notice Text - can contain a reasonable amount of text but is quite effective when adding links to events, other booking resources and downloads
  3. Save
  4. Edit Notice then Edit Resources to display only on resources require
        ie disable the non-golfing resources like Tennis, Lessons, DInner etc if is a golf notice
