Using the voucher maintenance feature in XPOS, vouchers can be 'hidden' so they are not listed on the payment screen at POS, in the account credit screen or in voucher reports.
Quick Process
- Select Customers (from main menu)
- Select Accounts
- Select Voucher Maintenance
- Find the Voucher to hide in Available Vouchers List
- Select the Voucher
- Click on the -> icon to Move it to the Hidden Vouchers List
- Select OK
