XPOS - Send Customer Email

Use this process to send an email to a group of customers from within XPOS, without an account statement.


Step-by-Step Process


  • Select Utilities from the main menu
  • Select Letters tab
  • Select New Letter
  • Enter the name of your new letter
  • Type the content of your letter
  • Select Save Letter
  • Return to XPOS main menu

  • Select Customers from the main menu
  • Select Print Letters
    • If you wish to send your email to a particular group of customers select the Search option before Print Letters icon to specify your search criteria
  • Select Yes to use the current customer listing
  • Select your letter to use from the drop menu
  • Select Normal Letter
  • Add an attachment, if required 
  • Select Email
