Use this process to send an email to a group of customers from within XPOS, without an account statement.
Step-by-Step Process
- Select Utilities from the main menu
- Select Letters tab
- Select New Letter
- Enter the name of your new letter
- Type the content of your letter
- Select Save Letter
- Return to XPOS main menu
- Select Customers from the main menu
- Select Print Letters
- If you wish to send your email to a particular group of customers select the Search option before Print Letters icon to specify your search criteria
- Select Yes to use the current customer listing
- Select your letter to use from the drop menu
- Select Normal Letter
- Add an attachment, if required
- Select Email
