Your details and information can be accessed and updated by yourself at anytime through the member portal.
To do this, Go to "My Information"
Click "Update" in the corner of My Details.
Make the changes and click "Update" to save.
Updating Contact Details
Click 'Contact details'.
Click on each tab, update your details and click "Save and Exit" at the bottom of the window.
Showing your contact details in the member directory
Depending on what your club has decided, some of your contact details could be visible through the "Member Directory" within the member portal for other members to view.
To view the member directory, go to "Members Home" and click "Members Directory" from the menu.
Members of the club can be searched for and by clicking the envelope icon, can have their contact details displayed if they haven't set their details as private.
To control what of your details are displayed to other members, Go to "My Information"
Click "Update" in the corner of My Details.
Click 'Contact details'.
If your information is unticked as "Private", then this will be displayed to other members through the member directory.
If your information is ticked as "Private", then this will be hidden from other members through the member directory.
Administrators at the club can see your contact details regardless of private status.
