Competitions - Side Comps

Optional or in-conjunction side comps can be 'linked' to the Main Competition which ensures all the standard settings are identical and optional side comps can only be selected if the Main competition is also selected. For in-conjunction competitions the player only needs to select the Main Competition and will be automatically registered in the side comps

A main competition can have a one (main comp) to many (side comps) setup. So scores entered for the main competition will also be used for one or many side comps.

Common examples:

Optional Side Comp - All enter the Main Competition and have option to enter the side comp ie extra payment

Main Comp - Stableford

    [Side Comp] - Super 6 Stableford (optional)

In-conjunction automatic registration Side Comp - All enter the Main Competition and are automatically entered into the in-conjunction side comps

Main Comp - Stableford

    Side Comp] - Gross Stableford (Compulsory)

    Side Comp - 4BBB Stableford (Compulsory)

    Side Comp - 4BBB Gross Stableford (Compulsory)

Quick Process

1. First Add the main competition for the day, generally the singles event ie Stableford, Par or Nett
2. Open Timesheet
3. Select [Competitions] --> [Add Competition]
   1. Add 'General Details'
   2. Tick Side Comp
   3. Select Optional or Compulsory Side Comp
   4. Drop down and select the Main Competition 
   5. Parameters should then reflect the Main Competition mostly will also be Golf LInk - No
   6. No need to select a 'Scorecard' as card will be printed or scoring in MiScore App for the Main Competition
4. No need to select Course as will be the same as the Main Competition
5. Add 'Advanced Options', 'Prizes' and 'Eclectic'
6. Submit

Member can select Main Comp Only or with Side Comp if main comp selected, cannot select Side comp only

At the kiosk member has no option to select the in-conjunction competition as player will be automatically registered by selecting the Main competition
