This article assumes you have already uploaded blank events into the future.
If you haven't done this yet, follow the below guide:

To Apply Timesheet Templates to Multi Events - go to the template section from the Fixtures view
Create a new timesheet template using the 'Create New Template' button or if an existing timesheet template exists you can now apply to multiple events/fixtures.
The following parameters can be configured to target specific timesheets in the future
These settings correspond to the timesheet configuration which you can access on the timesheet by going to Configure Event > Event Details
Day of Week | Specific Day of week to target in the template application Eg. Monday Social Play templates only apply to Mondays |
Date From/End | The date period the template will be applied to the events Eg. Daylight savings timesheet from October 1st 2024 to April 1st 2025 |
Time | The event time setup in the timesheet Eg. Mens Comp AM Social Play PM **Please note, if the template is not the same as this selection, it will not upload** |
Every 'N' Weeks | The recurrence of the template application (ie: Every 2 weeks) Eg. 9 Hole competition every 2 weeks. |
Gender | Gender of the Timesheet **Please note, if the template is not the same as this selection, it will not upload** |
Resource | For club use where multiple Golf Course resources exist (ie: North Course/South Course) |
Empty Events | Will only apply the timesheet template to events which do not contain any existing timesheet and appears in the fixture list like below; or have a timesheet attached that do not have any reservations or bookings. |
No Events | Only used in conjunction with the Create New Events option below |
All Events | Apply the timesheet template to all events which exist including those with existing timesheet configuration. WARNING this will override any existing bookings on these timesheets. If existing bookings exist, run an All Bookings Report to backup any future bookings/reservations |
If you have not uploaded your Fixtures for the year and wish to create both Fixture and Template at the same time, you can do so by clicking the 'Create New Events' box at the bottom. **Please note that all timesheets will be named the same as the template**
After completing all parameters, click preview. This will then bring up a preview of all the events that the templates will be attached to:
Once you are happy that the events are right, select close, and then 'Apply Template'. This usually takes a few minutes to populate and you will be able to see the progress bar moving.
Below is an example of a template which has the event time and gender in the 'Configure Event' section. Please ensure these match up with the parameters when applying to multiple events.
