Cannot make booking - member is inactive

A former member cannot be booked into the timesheet if an away GOLF link number is still associated with the inactive membership record.


Clear the GOLF link number from the inactive member record in the directory


  1. Find Inactive record in Members Directory
  2. Use Clear GOLF Link Details in Edit Details & Adjustments
  3. Book visitor in timesheet using GOLF Link number to create visitor record
