This process is only to be used when the end of a financial year has passed and transactions were not processed within the correct year. We do not recommend this to be done on a regular basis.

There are two methods to change a transaction date:


  • Reset the computer date/time to the date you want the transaction to be recorded.
  • Post the transactions
  • Change the date/time back. 
  • Expect warnings on the till about transactions in the future

  • Post the transactions and record the transaction numbers
  • Forward the list of transactions to MIClub Support to forward to Crossover for amendment
