Public Fees add 9 holes rates.


Quick Process

  1. Select [Fees] --> [Manage Fees]
  2. Select [9 holes] fee group or required group
  3. Select  [Add Fee] & Enter Fee details
    • [Name] - Displays on Public Bookings Interface
    • [Description] - Displays below Fee Name when selected on interface
    • [Course] - for multiple course locations
    • [Category] set to Course for golf course fees
    • [Pos Code] - when using integrated POS system or for accounting systems
    • [Tax Rate] - adjust for country tax rate
    • [Public Holiday Fee] enable for fees to apply only to Public Holiday events
    • [Save]
  4. Enter fee specifics
    • Date Range
    • Time Range
    • Day(s) of week
    • Admin Only (will not display on public interface)
    • Price
    • Special Price (will highlight fee with red ribbon to show the special price)
    • Points (not required for Public Fees)
    • POS - when using integrated POS system or for accounting systems
    • [Save]
