Quick Steps
- Select Financials/Invoices from main menu
- Select Payment Plan tab
- Select the Edit icon on the Dishonoured/Fatal payment
- Select Yes to edit details stored with Ezidebit
- Enter the member's new Bank Details, select Update
- Select Yes to mark payment as not sent to Ezidebit
- Select/Highlight member Payment
- Select Globe icon
- Select OK
Select yes to resend the payment to Ezidebit for processing
The green highlight and the Status will be removed from the member's listed payment
