Quick Steps


  • Select Financials/Invoices from main menu
  • Select Payment Plan tab
  • Select the Edit icon on the Dishonoured/Fatal payment
  • Select Yes to edit details stored with Ezidebit
  • Enter the member's new Bank Details, select Update
  • Select Yes to mark payment as not sent to Ezidebit
  • Select/Highlight member Payment
  • Select Globe icon
  • Select OK



Select yes to resend the payment to Ezidebit for processing
