There are two areas within the database to update a member's bank details to Ezidebit;


1. Members > Membership  

2. Financials > Payment Plan


Quick Process


1. Members


  • Search for the member
  • Select the Membership tab
  • Select the Ezidebit edit icon (spanner)
  • Select the Bank Details tab
  • Enter the new bank account or credit card details
  • Select Update





2. Financials


  • Select Financials from the main menu
  • Select Payment Plan tab
  • Select the edit icon on the member listed
  • Select Yes to update details stored with Ezidebit
  • Select the Bank Details tab
  • Enter the new bank account or credit card details
  • Select Update
