There are two areas within the database to update a member's bank details to Ezidebit;
1. Members > Membership
2. Financials > Payment Plan
Quick Process
1. Members
- Search for the member
- Select the Membership tab
- Select the Ezidebit edit icon (spanner)
- Select the Bank Details tab
- Enter the new bank account or credit card details
- Select Update
2. Financials
- Select Financials from the main menu
- Select Payment Plan tab
- Select the edit icon on the member listed
- Select Yes to update details stored with Ezidebit
- Select the Bank Details tab
- Enter the new bank account or credit card details
- Select Update
