Create an Ezidebit account for a member, apply payment plan and raise invoice
Step-by-Step Process
- Search for the member
- Select Membership tab
- Set Payment Method i.e. Direct Debit or Ezidebit
- Set Payment Plan
- Set Payment Plan Type
- Add any default Charges that apply i.e. Direct Debit Fee
- Select the Ezidebit Reference icon
- Clients with XClub Version 1.0.27+ will find the Ezidebit Reference icon located under Account Information tab
- Select Add to Ezidebit
- Enter member bank details, select Update
- Select Account (Invoice) tab
- Select Create Invoice icon
- Set invoice dates
- Tick Create Payment Plan check box
- Select Create
- Invoice will be created with the payment plan
