Create an Ezidebit account for a member, apply payment plan and raise invoice


Step-by-Step Process

  • Search for the member
  • Select Membership tab
  • Set Payment Method i.e. Direct Debit or Ezidebit
  • Set Payment Plan
  • Set Payment Plan Type
  • Add any default Charges that apply i.e. Direct Debit Fee

  • Select the Ezidebit Reference icon
    • Clients with XClub Version 1.0.27 the Ezidebit Reference icon is located under Account Information tab
  • Select Add to Ezidebit
  • Enter member bank details, select Update


  • Select Account (Invoice) tab
  • Select Create Invoice icon
  • Set invoice dates
  • Tick Create Payment Plan check box
  • Select Create
  • Invoice will be created with the payment plan
