How to send monthly payment plan payments to Ezidebit for processing.
Quick Process
- Select Financials (XClub - Invoices) from the main menu
- Select Payment Plan tab
- Enter the Due Dates for the current payment period
- Select the Payment Method from drop menu i.e. Ezidebit or Direct Debit
- Select (highlight) the payments in the list to send to Ezidebit
- Select the Ezidebit icon (World) - located top right of screen
- From the window click on Selected to send payments to Ezidebit
