1. Click on Membership
2. Click on Member Directory
3. Search for the Admin Account
4. Click on Search
5. Click on the Name of the Admin User
6. Ensure the user has the correct email address entered in their profile by clicking contact details
7. Click on Telephone & Email
8. Update the email field ie: "myemail@miclub.com.au" and ensure it is preferred
9. Click on Submit
10. To Reset the password click on Update within User Login Details
11. Type the new password in twice, ensuring they match exactly.
Passwords must be:
Between 7 and 20 characters
Contain an upper case letter
Contain a lower case letter
Contain a number
Contain a special symbol (ie: #$%@)
Must not contain the user's member number
12. On the top left of the page, Click on Update
13. The Admin user will now need to use the password reset feature on the login screen to regain access
14. The user will recieve an email with steps on how to set a new password
15. After clicking on Reset Password
16. The user will need to set a new password adhering to the password requirements
