Question: The browser is on the member login screen not kiosk mode


Problem: Members cannot access the kiosk menu screen


Why: Kiosk mode is saved in cookies in the browser(Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc) memory and may have been cleared 


Solution: Login with staff username and password, select kiosk in top menu then activate kiosk screen


Step-by-Step

  • On member login screen enter a staff username and password
  • On Admin home screen select Kiosk
  • On Kiosk screen select the required mode
