Error: XERO keys are not available on this terminal (PC). Changes to the mimembership.exe.config file is required.

  • On another client PC that can currently send the journals to XERO without error open in notepad the file C:/MiClub/MiMembership/MiMembership.exe.config
  • Copy the XERO key data (per image below) and past exactly the same to the identical location in the mimembership.exe.config file on the PC that is receiving the error
  • Close and save changes to the config file
  • Close and reopen MiMemberhsip on the terminal and send the journal
